Wet Coast Wools is a friendly little yarn store in the Kitsilano neighbourhood of Vancouver.  We believe that our store reflects some of the best aspects about knitting and crochet: being creative, sharing projects and ideas with other knitters, challenging ourselves to try new things, and, of course, working with great yarn!

It is our goal is to feature products that provide a great combination of quality and affordability. We are proud of our ‘Made in Canada’ collection, which features yarns, patterns, and other items that are created by Canada-based yarn mills, yarn dyers, designers, and other artisans. Yarns in this collection include Briggs & Little (New Brunswick), Custom Woolen Mills (Alberta), Smith & Ewe (Kamloops, BC), Crafty JAKs (Pitt Meadows, BC), and Fleece & Harmony (Prince Edward Island). We also carry commercial brands such as Cascade Yarns, Opal, and the very popular Danish yarn, Holst Garn. Bring along a toonie and try out our Sock Mini vending machine!

We are the exclusive seller of locally dyed yarn from K-Zip Knits and puzzle tree yarns. On Sunday, April 28th, Kelsey and Becca will be holding a trunk show featuring these yarns!

Parking: Two-hour, paid street parking is available on 4th Avenue, right in front of the store. To park for free, park in the block West of Bayswater – there is no time limit or fee for these spaces.
