 Once Upon a Sheep is very excited to welcome our Woolith Fair visitors this year 25% off special discount on all yarns and needles for the Fair! (PK Discount does not apply) We have a good selection of yarns and fibres for your shopping pleasure. Although we have some higher priced yarns we have a great selection of affordable yarns for all your needs, including Farm Fairy! We also carry a variety of needles, hooks and accessories including interchangeable sets. We’ll be having a contest again this year with special prizes!

If you’ve visited us in years past, please note we’ve recently relocated our store. You can find one (1) hour of free parking along both sides Lougheed Hwy in front of the store.

Once Upon a Sheep is operated by The Shepherd’s Heart Society and its mission is to provide the community with a local yarn shop that carries quality yarn and knitting/crochet products, as well as an inviting atmosphere to enjoy your craft. A large portion of our profits go to help send children to camp every summer through The Salvation Army Ridge Meadows Ministries.

Our shop is run entirely by a group of dedicated volunteers and you’re welcome to join us on Tuesday nights from 7:00 to 9:00 pm for our weekly free drop-in.  There you’ll always find someone to help you learn to knit or crochet or teach you a new skill. Of course, the fellowship of the group is awesome!
